Root & Bone

The duos first concept Root & Bone, a quaint and homey southern locale, was born summer 2013 in Manhattan’s edgy East Village neighborhood, providing soul nurturing, conscientiously sourced, farm-fresh ingredients. A craftsman's ethic coupled with artistic culinary thought, Root & Bone is a tribute to the timeless recipes and traditions of a rural America and the warm embrace of its hospitality. The restaurant enabled Jeff and Janine to plant their roots as partners in the Big Apple, bringing them national notoriety including being named NYC’s best Fried Chicken by multiple media outlets and set the stage for the power couple’s later opportunities.



02. Sunset Harbor, Miami FL, 2017


Stiltsville Fish Bar

In 2017 Sunny Side Up Hospitality proudly launched their highly-anticipated ocean-to- table, chef driven concept, Stiltsville Fish Bar in Sunset Harbor, Miami Beach and is where Booth received her James Beard Semi Finalist nod for Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2018. This down-home Florida fish house encapsulates a relaxed and casual neighborhood restaurant. Drawing locals in for quality seafood & Key West inspired drinks, the restaurant is centered around the glistening view of the harbor and stunning sunsets.Whether you dine at a table in our dining room, snatch a seat at the bar, or relax and watch the sunset from a hammock chair, Stiltsville fish bar is the perfect place for great seafood and a sundowner.



03. Rio Mar, Puerto Rico 2018

Sunny Side Up Hospitality opened their first venture in Rio Mar, Puerto Rico in 2018 celebrating culinary traditions from the coastlines of Puerto Rico and the Atlantic.
